The best in Arkansas for sure. They have been helping me since 1978, when I knew nothing. I can't believe anyone would say a negative word about them. I go there at least 2 times a week. They are always helpful and friendly

Didn't have what I needed in stock but where able to get parts fairly quick. We use them for all our faucet replacement and parts. Great bunch

Great to shop for all plumbing items

I know very little about plumbing. I had a leak from my sink disposal where the drainpipe exited. I took it apart, found a worn washer and went searching hardware stores. The first had nothing. The second had something they thought might be it but were not sure. That packaged washer was $4.29. I then went to Winnelson. The counter man immediately identified the part, even though I was too dumb to make note of the brand. He sold me the washer for 87 cents, explained exactly how to fit it in properly and encouraged me to call if I had any problems. Now I am confident I can get any part for minor repairs and get through the job with their advice.
